Transportation Options:
Private Taxi Arranged By Hotel: We arrange transportation service for
you in advance so they will know what time to be there to pick you up. We
ask for your flight number and arrival time so that the driver can check
once he arrives to make sure you are on time. The driver will be waiting
outside the exit of the airport with a sign saying your name. Email for more
information about the pre-arranged airport transportation service.
Hotel confirmed transportation: Once you have cleared immigration,
picked up your luggage and go through customs, exit the Arrivals Terminal and look for our driver.
He will be carrying a sign with your name. Should you fail to see him, please wait a few minutes,
then call us at the Hotel (01 984 873 39 58). We are constantly in touch with them via telephone,
so it will be easy to let him know where you are waiting. Please do not take a taxi or other
means of transportation, as your transfer will not be refunded.
Taxi: There is always a taxi outside of the airport. The ride takes from
40 minutes to 1 hour and they go directly to our front door. Cost: $82 U.S.D per taxi which
includes AC. You can hire a taxi just by stepping outside the
airport they are all there to get your business.
City Bus: leaves the airport every hour from 8 am to 8 pm and goes
directly to down town Playa del Carmen. This is about 25 minutes from the
hotel walking, most people take a quick taxi ride from the bus station to
the hotel. Cost: $8 U.S.D per person includes AC and movie in spanish. Time:
approx. 1 hour. You can buy the ticket while leaving the airport, at a stand
next to the exit doorway.
Collectivo: Leaves the airport with no specific schedule just leaves when
the van is full. The ride takes you right to your hotel, and the hotels of
all the other passengers! Cost: $15 to $30 U.S.D per person, includes AC, Time:
1 to 2 hours. You buy the tickets from the guys standing at the exit or
outside of the airport.
Driving Directions: From Cancun airport, go out from airport, take the highway to the South (turn to
right), drive straight more or less 45 minutes. Then you will see a big sign that says "Ave Constituyentes" (there is a
stop), turn left, drive straight, until 10th Ave, there is a rotary (circle) and a Scotiabank, turn left, go 3 blocks,
turn right, our hotel is located on the right side, in the middle of the street.

Chichen-Itza was recently voted one of the "New Seven Wonders Of The World". The
